Terms of Service for Accsys Pro

Welcome to Accsys Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, accsyspro.cloud (the "Site"), and the services we provide (the "Service"). Our Service consists of providing you with a hosted instance of the Manager.io accounting software.

By signing up for or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Accsys Pro provides a "Software-as-a-Service" platform that allows users to access and use an individual, containerized instance of the Manager.io accounting software hosted on our servers. Each user is provided with a unique subdomain to access their instance.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 14-Day Free Trial: You may sign up for a free trial that lasts for fourteen (14) days. No payment information is required. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
  • Monthly Subscription: For a recurring fee of $39.99 USD per month, you will receive access to the Service. This plan is billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • Annual Subscription: For a recurring fee of $399.99 USD per year, you will receive access to the Service. This plan is billed in advance on an annual basis.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. By providing your payment information, you agree to have your subscription automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to your Service until the end of that period.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will permanently delete your data from our servers within a reasonable time after termination. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Data Retention, Backup, and Deletion

Upon the cancellation or termination of your subscription, your Manager.io instance and all associated data will be handled as follows:

  • Immediate Suspension of Service: At the end of your paid subscription period, your Manager.io instance will become immediately inaccessible. You will no longer be able to log in or use the software.
  • Data and Backup Availability:
    • Direct Download: For a period of ninety (90) days following the end of your subscription, you may download a complete backup of your Manager.io data directly from your customer portal on accsyspro.cloud.
    • Backup Retention: We maintain backups of your data for disaster recovery purposes according to the following schedule:
      • Daily backups are retained for 7 days.
      • Weekly backups are retained for 4 weeks.
      • Monthly backups are retained for 3 months.
    • These backups are for our internal disaster recovery and are not directly accessible to you, except through a support request which may be subject to a service fee. The primary method for data retrieval is the direct download from your customer portal.
  • Permanent Deletion: After the 90-day download period has expired, and once data is no longer covered by our internal backup retention schedule (a maximum of 3 months), all of your data and its backups will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs after your subscription ends. It is your sole responsibility to download your data from the customer portal within the 90-day availability window.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any data that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the financial and business data you enter and manage within your Manager.io instance ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Data.
  • Our Service: We and our licensors retain all ownership rights to the Accsys Pro platform, the Site, and the underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service according to your subscription plan.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Accsys Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Egypt or Saudi Arabia], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
